As someone that's cooked that dish over 1000 times it's good, like really good. My only suggestion is make sure you like truffle oil the number 1 problem people had with the dish. Really fun to make and when prepped properly can be cooked in 8-16 minutes ( time depending on steak cook 8 for blue and 16 for shoe leather.I mean well done)
